The Class of 2021 students of Diponegoro University’s Medical and Health Sciences Doctoral Study Program (DIKK) made a spectacular success on October 30-31, 2023. Arief Indra Perdana was awarded Best Paper at the 3rd International Medical Devices and Technology Conference, held at the Concorde Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This award demonstrates the excellence and quality of DIKK students’ research. Prof. Tri Indah Winarni, Prof. Jamari, and Prof. Ardiansyah Syahrom were on hand to supervise Arief Indra Perdana. They devote themselves to guiding Arief and assisting students in doing major research and making a beneficial effect in the area of medicine.
Arief received the Best Paper Award for his paper, “Von Muses Stress Analyzes Using Finite Element Model in Two Patients with Chronic Low Back Pain: Case Series.” The research not only demonstrates the complexity of the investigation, but it also contributes to the knowledge and care of people suffering from persistent low back pain.
This honor was presented during a prominent ceremony attended by specialists, researchers, and medical practitioners from around the world. This conference provides Arief Indra Perdana with an opportunity to showcase his research and achieve international recognition for his contributions to the advancement of medical science and technology.
Arief Indra Perdana’s accomplishments not only represent DIKK’s pride, but also UNDIP’s dedication to generating graduates who can make genuine contributions to the progress of science and global health. This accomplishment, perhaps, will serve as an encouragement for other DIKK students to continue to innovate and make important contributions to the field of medicine.
